Yamauchi - 2-ply Cupro x Cotton Open Collar Shirt [Charcoal Navy]

This open-collar shirt creates a beautiful V-zone at the neck when the first and second buttons are open.
The pattern is designed to fit just right, creating a beautiful silhouette, rather than the casual impression that open-collar shirts tend to give.
Men's clothing design can have a completely different impression with even the slightest change in length or button size, so we make repeated adjustments down to the millimeter to find a fit that is unique to Yamauchi.
There are no side slits and the hem is slightly rounded, giving the garment a minimalist design that is characteristic of Yamauchi.

2-ply cupra x cotton (Fujiyoshida production area)
For several years, we have been proposing textiles using cupra as the warp thread in the Fujiyoshida production area.
It is difficult to use warp threads other than cupra on looms in cupra-producing regions, so while exploring how we could enjoy the weave with the weft thread, we changed the warp thread to a double-ply cupra thread, which resulted in a fabric with a completely different firmness than anything we had seen before.
It looks great when tailored to any item, such as shirts, pants, or jackets, and has a texture that makes it suitable for all seasons.
Its distinctive appearance and feel, reminiscent of synthetic fibers, adds a unique touch to the Yamauchi collection, which is centered around natural fibers.
