This twill fabric is made from 100% hemp and woven by a long-established weaver in the Enshu region of Shizuoka.
Hemp material is usually made with a strong, firm texture and is then delicately brushed with needlework.
As a result, it is a unique material that has a soft touch and texture, and a warm brushed feel, while still retaining a moderate firmness and toughness.
It also has a subtle luster and deep color that is unique to hemp.
